by Incomes Data Services Limited ("IDS") and is restricted to current
subscribers to IDS Pensions Law Reports.

PIN (hereinafter referred to as "passwords") issued by IDS - Access as
part of your subscription. Current subscribers have a non-exclusive and
non-transferable licence that allows one user to access the contents of
the website in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Passwords are issued for the use of the subscriber only and are not
transferable. Password holders are responsible for the use or misuse of their
passwords.
