1. Licence agreement

  • Access to the content held on the IDS Pensions Law Reports website is provided by Incomes Data Services Limited ("IDS") and is restricted to current subscribers to IDS Pensions Law Reports.
  • To gain access to the content on the website you need a User ID and a PIN (hereinafter referred to as "passwords") issued by IDS - Access as part of your subscription. Current subscribers have a non-exclusive and non-transferable licence that allows one user to access the contents of the website in accordance with these terms and conditions.
